All 7th graders for the 23-24 School year are required to have a booster shot called TDAP.  This is a mandate from Florida's Health Department.  You need to either provide proof the immunization from a Doctor or the Health Department.  You may also submit an exemption form that you can get from the Health Department if you are choosing not to get the additional booster.  THIS IMMUNIZATION OR EXEMPTION FORM IS REQUIRED TO START THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR 23-24.  Any questions feel free to contact the Health Department at 239/461-6100.  Thank you Ms. Spencer
