Oasis Middle School earned the designation of one of the top middle schools in Florida by U.S. News. Oasis Middle School, part of the Oasis Charter Schools, ranked 189 out of 3,076 middle schools in Florida, landing in the top 10%.
Schools were ranked on their performance on state-required tests, graduation and how well they prepare students for high school.
The Oasis Charter Schools are a municipal charter school system sponsored by the School District of Lee County in partnership with the city of Cape Coral.

High Achievement at OMS
OMS has earned an "A" from the State of Florida for the 14th consecutive year! The "A" this past year put OMS ahead of all other middle schools in Lee County in terms of student's academic achievement!

For the 21-22 school year, OMS was also named a School of Excellence from the State of Florida. OMS earned more points than any other middle school in Lee County - 89.4%.

In addition, the entire OASIS SCHOOL SYSTEM was awarded Accreditation from Cognia - the largest education improvement organization in the world. Cognia also recognized our system with the CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE Award. This distincition is only given to one organization in the State.
